Joe has extensive experience in all facets of WNY Real Estate and has been recognized in Business First’ “Who’s Who?” in Residential Real Estate since 2013 and regularly receives numerous awards for Marketing and Sales performance. When representing a buyer The Sorrentino Team members will always be an advocate for the purchaser, not a "salesperson". "We pride ourselves on looking out for the buyers best interest. We are not showing houses convincing someone to make a purchase so that we get paid a commission. There's a long education process involved between explaining things about the physical property, looking for the faults of the property, and talking about things like resale value to ensure the buyer makes the best investment possible."

Sellers:
As a sellers Agent the main objective is to get the Seller the most money possible, but there's a lot more than people might realize before you get to that point. "The Team and I are unafraid to have tough conversations and provide honest feedback about a sellers home. Selling a home is can be more than just a financial decision but an emotional one too. And to get the most out of a home we may have to address issues with a home that others might be shy about bringing up to a seller. But we have to have those tough conversations in order to do whats best for them and get them the most money possible.
